This is Praneeth Nimmala, a graduate student from University of Mississippi. My research advisor Dr Amal Dass is giving a talk during the 2011 Sermacs event in Richmond. I am interested in presenting a poster too but due to hectic schedule and midterms, i cannot prepare and poster and therefore did not register for the event. Now if i just want to come by there and attend my advisor’s talk, do i have to register? If so is there any payment for it?

One of my students wants to make an oral presentation in Organic Chemistry, and the schedule seems to restrict those to Wed and Thurs. This is a problem for me since I won’t be there until Friday. Do I understand your schedule correctly, or is there some way she could give her talk on Fri or Sat?
