What time is the Undergraduate Pizza Party and Karaoke Competition? This web page and the paper registration have 6-9PM. The VA Chem Club page and Undergraduate Program pdf have 8-midnight? I’m trying to pre-plan my students’ agenda… Thanks.

We move up the event to 6pm and we will be going until 10pm. Yes, it was originally scheduled for 8pm but we thought it best for participation that we move it up.

For the events with charges attached, does one have to pay ahead of time or when they arrive to the event?

Kendra, Since some events provide meals, they require an RSVP ahead of the SERMACS meeting. Which events are you interested in attending?
